University of Newcastle

So today I decided to get my bike ready and head to the uni. I've ridden my bike on main roads but it was a little bit more interesting this time riding 6km on the left side of the road and around several roundabouts. I stopped by the university yesterday but didn't even get a taste of what I saw today during my several hours of wandering. I posted a few photos of the uni, if you check them out you'll see what I mean when i say that Newcastle should be a model for Every university Everywhere. After getting my bearings within the tree ridden campus I took a walk around the perimeter. I completely forgot I was exploring the campus when the path lead me to what seemed to be a full on nature walk. With my shoes kicked off I was in heaven walking through my future campus that happens to double as a nature wonderland. Just when the scenery was getting too awesome to believe thunder began to quake in the distance ushering me back to my bicycle. I made it to the road just in time for the torrential downpour to make my ride back that much more interesting.
Now I'm back at my place and you're wherever you are, but we're all Here and Here is a beautiful place to be so keep smiling

The photographs are amazingly beautiful and I can hardly believe that is "on campus". What a perfect place for you....I can just see you without your shoes on just breathing it in. Please post more photos...it really helps to 'see' your experiences with you! Dan, thanks for including me in your thoughts and e-mailing me to subscribe to your blog. Remember every once in a while send me a positive vibe....I just send you one....it maybe a little chilly when you receive it....it is snowing hard here....12 inches coming today.
